Mr. Elghanian-Krayem’s U.S. portfolio consists of multifamily investments along the East Coast, including a trophy multifamily residential building in Manhattan, with a focus on long-term capital preservation and stable yield. In addition to his domestic investments, he recently launched Arya; a highly efficient investment vehicle targeting placemaking U.S. real estate.

In the U.K he focuses on high-end residential development and is currently developing one of the largest single house dwellings at 15,000 square feet in Knightsbridge, London. In Canada, Mr. Krayem recently developed and sold an 18,000 square feet lakeside residence in Mont Tremblant. Mr. Krayem has held previous positions at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT and Yost Capital Management in Fort Worth, TX.
